In accordance with an item 9 Law a consumer has a right to exchange the unfood commodity of the proper quality for analogical for a salesman at that he was purchased, if a commodity dissatisfied him in a due form, to the sizes, fashion, color, size or on other reasons can not be by him used on purpose. A consumer has a right on the exchange of commodity of the proper quality during fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, if more protracted term is not declared a salesman. The exchange of commodity of the proper quality is produced, if he was not used and if his commodity kind, consumer properties, stopping, labels, and also the calculation document given out to the consumer together with the sold commodity, is stored. Bill of goods not exchangeable (to the return) becomes firmly established Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This list includes the following products:

-corset goods

-gloves

- underwear

-bed sheets

- hosiery

- jewelry made of precious metals, precious

  stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and

  semi-precious stones, etc.

If at the time of exchange of a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the available range with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or to terminate the contract and get money back in the amount of the value of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar one at the first receipt of the corresponding goods for sale. The seller is obliged to inform the consumer about this on the day the goods go on sale, who requires the exchange of goods.

Thus, it is possible to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for another, similar one, if:

• no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase;

• the product has not been used;

• the presentation of the goods, its consumer properties, all seals, labels, etc .;

• the payment document that the consumer received along with the goods has been preserved;

• the item is not included in the list of items that cannot be exchanged.

It is possible to return a good quality product and collect money if all the above conditions are met and a similar product that the buyer needs is not on sale.

Upon termination of the sales contract, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract, at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than seven days.

Note to amateurs from time to time to take goods "for hire" in stores and then return them back as they did not fit: in most cases, if the item has a presentation, the store will accept it back without question, but if the seller has doubts and wants to to carry out an examination that will show that the goods were in use, the hapless fraudster will be quite legally denied the exchange or return of the goods.

               The product was not used by me, its product appearance, packaging integrity is preserved, it is returned in full.
