RETURN / EXCHANGE FURS

Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights states that every buyer has the right to return or exchange the item for another 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

The product is no trace of socks (no stains, hooks, creases and dents, scratches -primerka does not count)

Retains all factory labels and manufacturer's original packaging

Tell your order number. Send us back the product, sending goods back at the expense of the buyer.

Once we receive the product back, we will refund you the money or other thing of your choice
